Mark 11:12-14 – A Cursed Fig Tree

MK11:12 Now the next day as they were all leaving Bethany Jesus was hungry.[2] MK11:13 Seeing a fig tree in the distance he approached it thinking he would find some fruit on it.[3] But when he got there he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season of figs.[4] MK11:14 So Jesus responded and said to the tree: “May no one ever eat fruit from you!”
